Fresh Start Support offers a calm, non-judgmental space where you can slow things down, talk things through, and begin to understand your situation more clearly. You don’t need to have the right words, paperwork, or a plan — we start exactly where you are.

I provide emotional and practical support to help you organise finances, understand letters and bills, create realistic budgets, and feel more confident about next steps. Support is gentle, respectful, and focused on reducing anxiety rather than adding pressure.

Fresh Start Support does not offer regulated financial advice. Where appropriate, I will always signpost you to free, regulated debt advice services so you can access specialist support if needed.

Support with letters and communication

When money worries feel overwhelming, dealing with letters, emails, or calls from creditors can feel especially stressful.

As part of Fresh Start Support, I can help you draft simple, calm letters or messages to creditors — for example, to request time to seek advice, ask for communication in writing, or explain that you’re experiencing financial difficulty.

This support is about helping you feel more organised and less anxious when responding. I don’t offer legal or regulated debt advice, but I can help you put your situation into clear words and understand what to say next.

Payment

Sessions are charged at £45 for 60 minutes, with a limited number of reduced-rate sessions available. Payment is usually made after the session, rather than in advance. If at any point it becomes clear that Fresh Start Support is not the right service for your situation, there would be no charge, and you will be signposted to appropriate free, regulated support where helpful
